Central Receiving and Mail Services (CRMS) is responsible for the safe and timely receiving, distribution, and handling of all faculty and staff-related items entering UBC’s Okanagan campus.
Students living on campus should receive mail and packages directly to their Residence Mailing Addresses. Visit the student housing website for more information.
Incoming mail and packages
Our staff distributes all internal and incoming mail and packages and ensures that a staff member is always available to receive any deliveries that require a signature.
We also provide a centralized location to receive incoming shipments, which are then distributed to the appropriate location by CRMS staff, in order to minimize the number of large delivery vehicles entering our campus.
Outgoing mail and packages
Our CRMS staff will pick up your outgoing items from your mail room or designated mail delivery/pick-up location.
